Local Pickup Policy
Alaska pickup is arranged for a written, accepted PC order.
Appointment and order
Pickup is by appointment only. The accepted written quote or invoice identifies the PC, included items, any pickup charge, payment schedule, expected ready date, and the applicable support period. Do not arrive without confirmation.
Inspection
Please review the PC and included items at pickup and tell us about any visible concern. An issue noticed later can still be reported under the Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty & Support Policy.
Collection and packing charges
Updated October 20, 2026. Normal local collection has no outbound packing/shipping coordination fee or carrier charge. The $50 packing and shipping coordination labour applies to shipped orders under the approved quote, plus actual materials and carrier costs. Separately requested delivery, special packing or additional work is quoted for written approval first. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed prices.
