Refund & Returns Policy
Return and refund expectations for used PCs, custom builds, mixed-part builds, and parts.
General Return Rule
All sales are final unless there is a real hardware problem that was not disclosed and is reported within the allowed issue-report window.
Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, changed mind, game/FPS expectations, cosmetic condition already shown or described, noise that is normal for used parts, or customer preference.
Issue Report Window
Customers should report confirmed or suspected hardware issues within 3 days of pickup or delivery. After this window, support may still be offered case by case, but returns/refunds are not guaranteed.
Repair First
If there is a confirmed issue, CoreNext Studio may first try troubleshooting, repair, replacement part, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
A refund is generally considered only if the issue cannot reasonably be fixed or another solution is not practical.
Custom Builds
Custom builds are generally final sale once work has started or once parts have been ordered, except for confirmed hardware issues covered by the support terms.
Custom parts, special-order parts, labor, and completed custom configurations may not be refundable if the customer changes their mind.
Approved Returns
Do not ship, drop off, or return any item without approval and instructions. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition, with included parts/accessories, and packaged safely.
Refund amount may be reduced for missing items, damage, customer modifications, shipping costs, payment processing fees, or use beyond normal testing.
