Warranty & Support Policy
Support expectations for CoreNext Studio used PCs, custom builds, and mixed new/used builds.
Support First
If you have a problem with a CoreNext Studio PC, contact us first. Many issues can be solved through settings, drivers, cable checks, Windows updates, or basic troubleshooting.
Ready-to-Sell Used PCs
Ready-to-sell used PCs include 7 days of limited hardware support for issues not caused by misuse, damage, customer modifications, overclocking, mining, malware, software changes, drops, spills, power issues, or unauthorized repairs.
Custom Builds
Custom builds include 14 days of limited setup/hardware support unless a different support period is written in the quote, invoice, listing, or direct message for that build.
New and Used Parts
Some builds may include new parts, used parts, refurbished parts, open-box parts, or a mix. New parts may have manufacturer's rules.
Used parts generally do not include manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated.
What Support May Cover
Support may include basic troubleshooting, checking installation/setup questions, helping understand FPS or driver settings, and reviewing issues related to the build as sold.
What Support May Not Cover
Support does not cover damage from drops, spills, power issues, customer modifications, overclocking, mining, misuse, malware, unauthorized repairs, unrelated software problems, or problems caused after the sale by new installed hardware/software.
Final Confirmation
Any specific warranty period or support promise should be written on the invoice, listing, quote, or direct message for that build. If no written warranty is provided beyond this policy, support is handled case by case.
