How CoreNext Studio prepares PCs
Clear information about testing, used parts, shipping, pickup, support, and FPS estimates.
What is confirmed before you pay
Listings and builder results are estimates. For an order, the written quote identifies the exact PC configuration and each material part’s condition, the itemized total (including the parts sourcing and coordination charge (10% for new or retailer open-box builds; 15% for used or mixed builds, on actual discounted hardware cost only) and $300 assembly/testing/Windows setup), any Windows license, applicable tax, for shipped orders $50 packing/shipping coordination labour plus actual materials and carrier costs, payment schedule, and expected completion or ship date. These rates apply to new quotes from October 20, 2026; existing accepted orders keep their agreed prices. Normal local collection has no outbound packing/shipping coordination fee. Complex builds and additional work require a separate approved quote. You approve material changes in writing before extra charges or substitutions.
Windows installation and setup are included in the $300 assembly fee. If a new Windows 11 license is needed, CoreNext Studio purchases it directly from the official Microsoft Store and lists it separately in the written quote. Microsoft U.S. Store prices checked October 5, 2026: Home $139.00 and Pro $199.99, before tax; the final edition and price are confirmed before payment.
The published support periods are 7 days for ready-to-sell used PCs and 14 days for custom builds unless the accepted written order provides a different period. Reporting an issue within three days helps document shipping damage; it does not end these support periods or nonwaivable rights.
CoreNext Studio is a small PC-building and sales business based in Alaska, operating as a sole proprietorship under Alaska Business License No. 2242830. The seller’s identity and final order terms will be in the written quote before payment.

What these fees cover
What is included: standard assembly covers assembly, cable management, Windows installation/setup, drivers, testing and standard handover. A Windows licence is priced separately unless included in the written quote. Sourcing covers price research, compatibility checks, finding parts and coordinating orders.
The sourcing percentage applies to the hardware total after discounts: 10% when all hardware is new or retailer open-box; 15% for used, refurbished or mixed builds. It does not apply to assembly, Windows licences, shipping labour, materials, carrier costs or tax.
For shipped orders, the $50 labour covers protective packing, comparing carrier options, label preparation and dispatch coordination. Boxes, foam, cushioning and other packing supplies are charged at actual cost. Carrier charges, any pickup fee and declared-value coverage or insurance are itemized separately. Normal local collection has no outbound packing/shipping coordination fee.
Your written quote confirms all charges before payment. Estimates are reconciled with actual agreed costs: savings are credited or refunded, and increases or additional work require written approval before costs are incurred. Existing accepted orders keep their terms.
