Where We Ship

CoreNext Studio ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping is available to U.S. destinations, including Alaska, when the build/item can be safely packed and the final shipping quote is accepted.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping estimates shown on the website are estimates only. Final shipping cost is confirmed before purchase and may depend on case size, package protection, destination, insurance, carrier pricing, item value, and current carrier rates.

Box dimensions and package weight are used internally to calculate estimates and are not a guarantee of final carrier pricing.

Payment Before Shipping

Items that are shipped must be paid before shipment. Payment must be confirmed/cleared before the item is shipped.

Processing and Handling

Processing time depends on the build, testing, cleaning, packaging, and customer confirmation. Custom builds may take longer than ready-to-sell PCs.

If a specific shipping timeline is provided, we will try to meet that timeline. If no timeline is confirmed, timing depends on build readiness, payment confirmation, packaging, and carrier availability.

Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact CoreNext Studio as soon as possible. Keep the box, packing materials, photos, videos, and carrier documentation. Shipping claims may require customer cooperation and photos.

Do not throw away packaging until the issue is reviewed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Alaska by appointment. Pickup details are confirmed directly with the customer before pickup.
