Terms & Conditions
How PC estimates become a customer-approved written order.
Website estimates and availability
The custom builder, FPS tool, shipping estimator, listings, and contact forms help plan a purchase. They do not place an order or lock a price. Availability, exact parts, condition, and estimates can change until both sides accept a written quote. FPS figures are estimates, not guaranteed results.
Written quote before payment
Before requesting a deposit or full payment, CoreNext Studio will provide a written quote or invoice for customer review. It should identify the exact PC configuration and each material part's condition (new, open-box, refurbished, used, or other), any substitutions, what is included, and whether a Windows license is included or separately priced. Windows setup is part of the assembly service; a Windows license is separate unless the written quote includes one.
The written price should itemize parts, parts sourcing and build coordination at 10% of actual discounted hardware cost for new or retailer open-box builds, or 15% for used or mixed builds, standard assembly/testing/Windows setup at $300, any Windows license, applicable tax, inbound parts shipping if charged, for shipped orders $50 packing and shipping coordination labour plus actual packing materials and carrier costs (including any pickup and declared-value or insurance charges), and the total. Normal local collection has no outbound packing/shipping coordination fee. Complex builds and additional work are quoted separately for written approval. The website builder's fee and shipping figures remain estimates until confirmed. No additional charge or part substitution is approved without the customer's written agreement.
The quote should state any deposit, when the balance is due, an expected completion or ship-by date, delivery method, cancellation/refund terms, the applicable support period, how shipping damage is reported, and how the customer accepts the order. CoreNext Studio should retain the customer's written acceptance before ordering parts or taking payment. If these details are missing, ask for a corrected quote before paying.
Changes and cancellation
If parts, price, delivery date, or other material terms change after acceptance, CoreNext Studio will ask you to approve the revised terms in writing before charging more or substituting parts. If a shipping deadline cannot be met, the delay-and-refund process in the Shipping Policy applies.
Change-of-mind cancellation of a custom order after approved parts have been ordered or work has begun may involve actual nonrecoverable costs, but only to the extent disclosed in the accepted quote and allowed by law. Defective, incorrect, damaged, or unshipped goods are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Payment and delivery
Do not send a deposit or payment from a builder estimate or website message alone. Payment method and instructions are confirmed for the accepted written order. Local Alaska pickup is by appointment; shipping is within the United States when the item can be safely packed and the written order includes the delivery charge and ship-by date.
Written support and legal rights
The published Warranty & Support Policy provides limited 7-day support for ready-to-sell used PCs and 14-day support for custom builds unless a different written order term applies. Those published promises are part of what customers can rely on. No separate FPS, same-day, or free-return promise is made unless written for the order. Nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

Windows 11 license and installation
Windows installation and setup for a custom PC are included in the $300 standard assembly and testing charge for new quotes from October 20, 2026; accepted orders keep their agreed price. If a new Windows 11 license is needed, CoreNext Studio will purchase it directly from the official Microsoft Store for the order. The license is itemized separately from PC parts, the applicable sourcing charge (10% for new/retailer open-box builds; 15% for used or mixed builds), assembly, tax, and shipping.
Microsoft U.S. Store prices checked October 5, 2026: Windows 11 Home — $139.00; Windows 11 Pro — $199.99, before applicable tax. These are planning prices, not a locked offer. The written quote will confirm the edition, whether a new license is required, the actual license price, and the final total before payment. Service-fee wording updated October 20, 2026.
Optional build-video permission
Updated October 5, 2026. Filming and publication of a customer PC build on CoreNext Studio’s YouTube channel, including monetized videos and business promotion, is optional and requires the customer’s affirmative permission. Order acceptance or payment alone does not give this permission. Declining does not affect the order, price, support or service. Permission is limited to hardware, assembly and testing, excluding personal information and identifiable customer appearances. Existing orders require separate written permission. See build-video privacy details for the scope, consent records and withdrawal process.
Estimated parts prices and customer-approved changes
Updated October 20, 2026.
When an accepted quote or invoice uses estimated hardware prices, we confirm the actual discounted hardware costs before purchase. Hardware savings, including the corresponding reduction in the agreed sourcing fee, are credited against the remaining balance or refunded to the original payment method. Standard assembly, Windows setup and testing are $300 for new quotes from October 20, 2026. Existing accepted orders retain their expressly agreed assembly price.
Any hardware price increase and its related sourcing-fee adjustment require your written approval and any agreed additional payment before purchase. We do not substitute parts or change their agreed condition without your written approval. These terms do not authorize automatic additional charges. If you decline a proposed change, we will discuss the available alternatives or cancellation under your accepted order and applicable law.
Before payment, the written order identifies the initial payment, the remaining balance and when it is due. The payment due date is separate from the expected completion or ship-by date. Any shipping allowance is reconciled as explained in the Shipping Policy. This clarification does not retroactively change an existing accepted order.
Clear pricing for your custom build
For new quotes issued from October 20, 2026. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed prices and terms.
| Standard assembly, setup & testing | $300 |
|---|---|
| New & retailer open-box builds: sourcing | 10% of actual discounted hardware cost |
| Used or mixed builds: sourcing | 15% of actual discounted hardware cost |
| Packing & shipping coordination | $50 labour, plus actual materials and carrier costs |
| Complex builds or additional work | Quoted separately for approval |
What these fees cover
What is included: standard assembly covers assembly, cable management, Windows installation/setup, drivers, testing and standard handover. A Windows licence is priced separately unless included in the written quote. Sourcing covers price research, compatibility checks, finding parts and coordinating orders.
The sourcing percentage applies to the hardware total after discounts: 10% when all hardware is new or retailer open-box; 15% for used, refurbished or mixed builds. It does not apply to assembly, Windows licences, shipping labour, materials, carrier costs or tax.
For shipped orders, the $50 labour covers protective packing, comparing carrier options, label preparation and dispatch coordination. Boxes, foam, cushioning and other packing supplies are charged at actual cost. Carrier charges, any pickup fee and declared-value coverage or insurance are itemized separately. Normal local collection has no outbound packing/shipping coordination fee.
Your written quote confirms all charges before payment. Estimates are reconciled with actual agreed costs: savings are credited or refunded, and increases or additional work require written approval before costs are incurred. Existing accepted orders keep their terms.
Fee schedule effective October 20, 2026: The rates above apply to new custom-build quotes. A previously accepted written quote keeps its agreed price unless you approve a change in writing.
