Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, phone number if provided, shipping or pickup details, budget, PC preferences, selected parts, games, FPS goals, messages, and custom build request details.
The website may also collect basic technical information such as browser/device type, IP address, pages visited, form activity, and security logs for website operation, spam prevention, analytics, troubleshooting, and improvement.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to answer questions, prepare quotes, manage custom build requests, estimate shipping, confirm pickup, provide support, create draft listings, improve website content, and communicate with customers.
We do not sell customer form submissions, live chat messages, or build request details.
Tools and Services
The website may use third-party services such as website hosting, email delivery, CoreNext Studio customer chat, OpenAI tools for backend assistance, pricing APIs, shipping tools, YouTube/Facebook/TikTok links or embeds, SEO tools, spam protection, and analytics.
The website does not currently collect card or payment-account details and does not process payments through the site. If a future PC transaction is agreed, the payment method and instructions will be confirmed directly with the customer. Any external payment provider used for that transaction has its own terms and privacy policy.
AI Tools
CoreNext Studio may use AI tools in the backend to help write descriptions, summarize specs, generate SEO text, organize build requests, or create quote/listing drafts. AI is used as an assistant, not as the final source of truth for compatibility, pricing, or purchase terms.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a PC quote, support request, pickup, or shipping arrangement.
Your Choices
You can contact contact@corenextstudio.com to ask about information you submitted, request corrections, or ask us to remove non-required communication history when reasonably possible.
Children and Age
Purchases, deposits, custom build requests, pickup arrangements, and shipping arrangements should be handled by customers who are 18 or older. If a customer is under 18, a parent or guardian should handle the request and payment.

Software Support
This section covers DriverForge, CoreNext Atlas and CoreNext PC Builder support or app-related contact messages. Opening an email draft inside an app does not send it; support receives only what you choose to send.

The dedicated DriverForge, CoreNext Atlas and CoreNext PC Builder support form may collect the selected topic or product, an optional name, reply email address, message, a hidden website honeypot field, and any diagnostic details you voluntarily provide. The form temporarily processes IP information for abuse prevention and rate limiting. The website security system may retain security-event logs when it detects suspicious or abusive activity.
Submissions are emailed to contact@corenextstudio.com and are not saved as WordPress entries by this form. This information is used to respond to support and privacy requests, diagnose reported issues, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary correspondence.
The software form does not set a fixed retention period or automatically delete support emails. Support correspondence is handled in the support mailbox and may be retained for the request and necessary records. Contact contact@corenextstudio.com to ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
Website hosting (Hostinger) and email delivery/mailbox services process support requests to operate the site and deliver correspondence. Emails are stored in the support mailbox; hosting and security systems may hold logs and backup copies. CoreNextStudio does not sell software support submissions or app data.
These support retention and deletion practices also apply to correspondence about PC inquiries described above. PC build-request records may be retained in the website request-management system; this differs from the email-only software form. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to contact@corenextstudio.com. Necessary legal/security records and provider backup copies may remain until their applicable retention expires.
Never send passwords, recovery keys, encryption passwords, or unrelated personal files.
DriverForge and CoreNext Atlas do not send hardware reports, backup contents, or telemetry to CoreNextStudio automatically. Optional update checks send an ordinary HTTPS request to this website without a hardware report.
