Refund & Returns Policy

Change-of-mind requests are different from damaged, incorrect, or faulty goods.

Last updated: October 20, 2026 Based in Alaska Contact: contact@corenextstudio.com
Before you pay: CoreNext Studio is a small PC-building and sales business based in Alaska. The written quote or invoice will identify the seller and terms for your specific order. Website prices and builder results are estimates until a written quote is accepted. Please review the configuration, condition, total, delivery date, and support terms before paying.

Change of mind

There is no automatic change-of-mind return for a correctly described PC or custom build. Ask before buying if you need a voluntary return option. If CoreNext Studio agrees to one, the written quote must say the deadline, condition, return-shipping responsibility, and any lawful nonrefundable actual costs before payment.

Problems after delivery or pickup

Report visible damage, missing items, or a suspected hardware fault as soon as practical; within three days is helpful for photos and carrier claims. This is a request for prompt notice, not a cutoff for the 7-day ready-PC or 14-day custom-build support period or any nonwaivable right. You may report an issue at any point during the applicable written support period, including after day three.

Send the order details and a description to contact@corenextstudio.com or use Contact. We may ask for reasonable photos, error details, and safe troubleshooting steps. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal files.

Assessment and remedy

We will review whether the issue concerns the PC as sold, shipping damage, an incorrect item, a manufacturer warranty, or a change made after delivery. For a covered problem, we will discuss a reasonable repair, replacement part or item, or refund as appropriate to the facts and applicable law. We will not require you to accept an ineffective repair when a different remedy is legally required.

A report after the published support period can still be reviewed for any longer written promise, manufacturer coverage, or nonwaivable legal right. The end of the voluntary support period is not a blanket waiver of those rights.

Returns, shipping, and refunds

Contact us for instructions before sending a PC back so it can be packed and tracked safely. For an accepted defective, incorrect, or shipping-damaged order, CoreNext Studio will arrange and pay reasonable required return shipping or agree in advance to reimburse it. For a separately accepted voluntary change-of-mind return, the written agreement states who pays return shipping and whether original outbound shipping is refundable. We do not deduct processing or delivery fees from a refund required because of our error or an unfulfilled order unless law permits it.

After a refund is approved, we will use the original payment method where feasible, or another method agreed with you, and give the amount and expected timing in writing. Refunds for unshipped internet orders follow the applicable FTC rule and payment-method requirements. Do not return an item without instructions.

Service fees and refunds

Updated October 20, 2026. The current fee schedule applies to new quotes; existing accepted orders keep their agreed charges. Assembly, sourcing, packing/shipping coordination labour, materials and carrier costs are itemized before payment. Listing a charge does not automatically make it nonrefundable.

Cancellation, returns and refunds follow the terms above and your accepted written quote. Only disclosed, lawful actual nonrecoverable costs may be considered where the applicable rules permit them. The new fee schedule does not authorize automatic cancellation charges or reduce a refund or remedy required by law. Unused estimated allowances are credited or refunded; increases require written approval.
