Who operates this app

CoreNext PC Builder is operated by George Papadakis, an individual doing business as CoreNext Studio (corenextstudio), Alaska, United States. Contact contact@corenextstudio.com for support, privacy questions or deletion requests.

Information on your device

The app stores build plans, selected component IDs, build-request drafts (including any name and preferences you enter), display preferences and PC profiles you choose to import. Imported profiles can contain CPU, graphics, RAM, drive and Windows information. Android does not scan your PC or phone hardware. The app does not request your contacts, location, camera, microphone, phone identifiers, advertising ID or access to all files. You choose a file through the system file picker when importing.

Internet services

Choosing an eBay price search sends the selected catalog component ID to corenextstudio.com, hosted by Hostinger. The website queries eBay using the component model and category. Your name, full build, notes and imported PC profile are not included. Opening PCs for Sale or choosing Refresh loads public PC listings from the same website; viewing their images requests website-hosted photos. These connections disclose your IP address, request time and ordinary HTTP connection details to the website and its hosting services. The app omits browser cookies and referrers from pricing and listing requests. It does not send advertising identifiers or run an analytics or crash-reporting service.

The pricing service caches offer results for ten minutes and temporarily caches its own eBay access token. Rate limits use shared counters, not a user account. Website and hosting security/access logs may be retained under the host's configuration; the app does not set a fixed retention period for those logs. Contact us with a privacy request about server records. No location is derived by the app from your IP address.

Sharing is your choice

Review & share displays the name, preferences, selected components and compatibility notes in your enquiry. Copy request places that text on your device clipboard. Sharing gives the text to the destination you choose in Android's share sheet. Exporting a workspace or PC profile gives the selected file to your chosen application. Those applications and recipients handle it under their own policies. The app does not automatically send a build enquiry or confirm delivery.

If you email CoreNext, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your enquiry and provide requested support. We retain correspondence while needed to address your request and maintain related business records; request deletion by email. Information may be retained where needed for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Storage, deletion and security

Workspace information stays in app storage until you delete it, clear app storage or remove the app. Privacy & Legal → Delete local data removes the saved workspace, recovery copy, preferences and CoreNext export cache. It cannot remove files you downloaded, clipboard content, messages already sent, recipient copies or independent backups. Android backup exclusions are configured, but device-specific transfer and backup behavior can differ.

Exports are kept temporarily in a dedicated app-cache exports folder so the receiving app can read them; delete local data clears that folder. Images may remain in the system WebView cache until app storage is cleared. There is no application-level encryption for local plans; device security controls protect device storage. Network pricing, listings and photos use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed completely secure.

Accounts, sales and outside links

This release has no app account, cloud sync, in-app payment, subscription, advertising SDK or sale of personal information. There is therefore no CoreNext app account to delete. Website and retailer links open external services with their own policies. Future data practices will be disclosed before features that require them are introduced.

Children and changes

This PC-planning app is not designed or marketed specifically to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can review and address it. Updates to this policy will carry a revised date. For requests involving information held by CoreNext, contact the address above; we may need enough information to locate the record and verify the request.
