Terms for CoreNext PC Builder 0.5.1
What this release provides
CoreNext PC Builder offers local PC information and planning tools. Features and data coverage are incomplete and may change. No fee, subscription, purchase, reservation or order is created by using this release or saving a request draft.
Free-use license
Subject to rights CoreNextStudio holds and applicable law, you may download, install and use CoreNext PC Builder without charge for personal or business PC planning and evaluation. This license does not grant permission to sell or rebrand the CoreNext application or distribute modified copies of it. It does not make the CoreNext application open-source. Separate third-party software and database licenses remain applicable, including any redistribution rights they grant. Scan only a computer you own or are authorized to use. Do not misuse the software to access another person’s information, interfere with services or circumvent security controls. Third-party components are governed by their respective licenses, available under Licenses.
Accuracy and purchasing decisions
Community specifications, illustrative prices and sample planning scores may be incomplete or inaccurate. FPS estimates and performance-based Can I Run It results are planned features and are unavailable in this release. Check the exact parts, compatibility, prices, availability and final quote before purchasing or modifying hardware. A basic compatibility pass is not a complete engineering review. See Accuracy for the checks performed and their limits.
Quotes, sales and hardware support
Any later purchase requires separate confirmation of the configuration and commercial terms. The app does not add or replace hardware warranty, refund, shipping or support commitments. Review the applicable listing, written quote and the linked CoreNext sales policies. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Third-party listings and future estimates
User-requested eBay offers depend on the shared pricing service being available. No affiliate tracking is added to shopping links. Opening a website does not create a purchase in this app. Any future retailer offer must identify its seller, currency, condition and price freshness; final taxes, shipping and availability are determined at checkout. Any future commission-bearing link must be disclosed where it appears. Future FPS figures will be identified as estimates, describe their source and supported settings, and will not guarantee performance or game compatibility.
Availability and responsibility
This app is provided for planning and evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free data or a specific performance outcome. Keep copies of important plans. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there is no additional software warranty beyond any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose an arbitration clause, a liability cap or a new purchase obligation.
Platform and signing information
This Windows 0.5.1 release is developed and tested on Windows 11 x64. Compatibility with another Windows version or device is not guaranteed. Android is a companion for planning and importing Windows profiles; it does not inspect a remote PC. Platform compatibility does not extend the operating-system vendor’s support lifecycle.
Signing and update-delivery status applies to the exact download, not the CoreNext brand as a whole. The Windows installer and application executable are signed and timestamped through Microsoft Azure Artifact Signing. Windows displays the verified legal publisher George Papadakis; CoreNextStudio remains the product brand. Code signing identifies a publisher and detects modification; it is not Microsoft endorsement or a guarantee that security warnings will never appear. Android signing and store review are separate.
Branding and third-party names
CoreNext branding belongs to its owner. Hardware and game names identify their respective products; they do not imply endorsement, partnership or certification. Third-party software notices remain applicable. This app’s terms do not govern DriverForge, CoreNext Atlas, other CoreNext apps or their cloud services.
