Installation and troubleshooting

Use the installer for a normal Windows installation. For portable use, extract the entire ZIP before opening CoreNext PC Builder.exe. Do not run it from inside the archive.

Check the filename, SHA-256 and Windows signature publisher before running. A signature does not remove every browser or SmartScreen reputation warning. Keep security protections enabled.

Scan or catalog results look incomplete

Windows can report generic names or partial hardware information. Missing community specifications remain unknown. Verify the physical model and manufacturer documentation before buying or modifying parts.

Local data and updates

Use Overview to export or delete local data. This does not remove files already exported, support emails or server logs. Keep the portable CoreNext Data folder private. Version 0.5.3 checks the official CoreNextStudio HTTPS feed for signed Windows updates.

Get help or make a privacy request

Email contact@corenextstudio.com or use the software support form and select CoreNext PC Builder. Include the app version, Windows version, the action you tried and the error message. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal files.

The form asks for the product/topic, optional name, reply email and message. Read the website Privacy Policy for support storage, retention and deletion requests. No fixed response time is promised.
